Franchise Acquisitions

We buy and operate franchise businesses. We're not brokers looking for a commission.

Dekos Franchise Partners acquires established, multi-unit franchise operations across the country. We already own and operate a franchise platform ourselves, so when we talk about operating your locations, we mean it.

26
Franchise locations owned & operated across our portfolio
Anchored by our flagship brand, Floyd's Barbershops, across Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Northwest Arkansas.
Why It Matters

Most buyers talk about franchises. We run one.

When a franchisee sells to a financial buyer, they're often trading a business they built for a spreadsheet. We've spent years in the seat, dealing with franchisor relationships, staffing, multi-location operations, and everything in between.

Operators First
Running 26 franchise locations across four metro areas means we already know how royalties, co-ops, and franchisor systems actually work day to day.
Built to Hold
We're not assembling a portfolio to flip. We hold every acquisition long-term, and our own team steps in to run it, not a manager we're hoping works out.
Multi-Unit Minded
Whether you own one location or fifteen, we know how to structure a deal that works across an entire footprint, not just a single storefront.

Our Footprint

26 franchise locations, run by our own team

This is the operating base our franchise acquisition strategy is built on, spread across four metro areas and anchored by our flagship brand, Floyd's Barbershops. It's the reason we can speak credibly about staffing, franchisor relationships, and day-to-day unit economics.

The Brand

Floyd's Barbershops

A high-volume, multi-unit personal care and grooming franchise. Our team handles everything from barber staffing and scheduling to franchisor co-op marketing and lease renewals across all 26 locations, which is exactly the muscle memory we bring to a new acquisition.

What We Look For

The kinds of franchises we like to acquire

We look across categories, not just one. Below are the types of franchise businesses that fit our model, described by what they actually are rather than any single brand name.

Category 01

Personal Care & Grooming

Recurring-visit service businesses like barbershops, salons, and grooming studios, where membership or repeat-visit revenue creates a predictable base. This is the category we already operate at scale.

Currently Own 26 Units
Category 02

Specialty Bakery & Dessert Retail

Premium, gifting-occasion bakery and dessert concepts with a loyal local following, strong unit economics, and a franchisor system built around consistent product quality.

Category 03

Home & Trade Services

Franchised home services like repair, maintenance, or installation businesses with recurring commercial and residential demand and room to professionalize operations.

Category 04

Quick-Service & Fast Casual Food

Franchise food concepts with strong unit-level margins, a loyal customer base, and a system that rewards operational discipline over marketing spend.

Category 05

Fitness & Wellness

Membership-driven studios and clubs where retention, not one-time transactions, is the core of the business model.

Category 06

Essential Retail Services

Everyday, non-discretionary retail service franchises that stay in demand regardless of the broader economic cycle.

How We Partner

Two Ways to Work With Us

Whether you own a single location or a full multi-unit group, we structure it as one deal across your whole footprint. What changes is how involved you stay afterward.

Full Acquisition

We buy your franchise business outright, whether that's one location or an entire multi-unit group. You step back, we bring in the operating team and take it from there.

Partial Buy-In

We acquire a majority stake while you stay on in an operating or advisory capacity through the transition. Works at any unit count.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you only acquire barbershop franchises?+
No. Floyd's Barbershops is the brand we currently own and operate, but we're actively looking across grooming, bakery and dessert retail, home services, quick-service food, fitness, and essential retail franchise categories.
What if I only own one location?+
That's fine. We work with everyone from single-unit owners to full multi-unit franchise groups.
Will you sign an NDA?+
Yes. Every conversation is kept confidential, and we sign an NDA before any sensitive financials or business details are shared.
How long does a deal take to close?+
Once we've had an initial call and exchanged some basic information, we can usually get to a letter of intent within about 10 days, and to close within 60 to 90 days after that.
